An older form used to disclose estimated loan terms. Most mortgages now use a Loan Estimate.
The Loan Estimate is the current required disclosure for most closed-end mortgages.
When people say good-faith estimate, they often mean the early cost worksheet. Compare it with the later closing disclosure.
